Your Profile
Accounting for Creative Leaders" is primarily aimed at employees in the creative industries who want or need to understand the economic and accounting implications of decisions within a company. Participants receive an overview and insights into the most important elements of accounting—balance sheets, profit and loss statements, contribution margins, cash flow, key figures, etc.
By attending the module, participants develop the "big picture" in accounting and controlling; they understand the overall relationship between profitability, liquidity, and the structure of a company. The program is designed to understand the impacts of economic actions within a company and to apply the acquired knowledge, especially in their own startups.
